About Us

Royal Organic Caviar was developed in 1999 by an Armenian Professor of Cardiac Surgery, Dr Robert Khachatryan, who used to be the principal medical officer for a large part of the Soviet Union and is now living in Holland where our produce is manufactured.


Caviar 4 Everyone Ltd was established in 2008 by David Hollier, a UK businessman with 40 years experience of the food industry.  It is David’s intention that Caviar 4 Everyone Ltd should enable EVERYONE to afford and enjoy caviar.
